Artistic Self-Expression

Refers to any work of art which is the expression of its creator.  If the expression is also purely expressive, and it is performed or displayed on traditional public fora, then it is fully protected by the First Amendment.  Fully protected expressions can be exchanged for remunerations without regulatory restrictions that do not pass the strict scrutiny of judicial review.
